For sellers who need help with preparing the paperwork. This includes preparing a sales contract for a seller and/or reviewing an offer contract and following up with necessary addendums and e-signatures. This service does not include giving out professional advice or opinions. Fee is one half of 1% with a $1,000 upfront upon hiring us to handle your transaction. A limited broker agreement is required.

Please call us prior to ordering this service. Once ordered, simply email me your offers or the information to prepare your contract. I will review up to 3 offers with you over the phone. Once you decide to accept an an offer, I will handle any possible counter offer and manage the seller's paperwork through the closing process and coordinate with your escrow title agent.
This service does not include any professional advice on negotiations. It is only for the preparation of real estate paperwork and guide you through the transaction steps and reminders with necessary emails, correspondences and possible occasional phone calls during regular business hours 9am-5pm M-F.
If your transaction is time sensitive, please call us first prior to ordering to ensure that we are available to meet your time constraints. If you order this service on a Friday or weekend, we may not be able to get back to you until Monday.
Total cost of this service is .005 (half of 1%) of contract price. $1,000 non refundable deposit is due in advance with the balance to be paid through closing. If property does not close at the last moment and transaction management services were performed on your behalf, the deposit is non refundable. There may be a discount if a 2nd transaction is initiated and cost will be discussed on a case by case basis.
