Transaction Management

For sellers or buyers who need help with preparing the paperwork.  This includes preparing a sales contract for a buyer or seller or reviewing an offer contract for a seller and following up with necessary addendums and e-signatures.

Service Area: Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas, Lee Counties Only:

Just order this service and then email me your offers or the information to prepare your contract. If you are a seller, I will review up to 3 offers with you over the phone. Once you decide to accept an an offer, I will handle any possible counter offer and manage the seller's paperwork through closing and coordinate with your escrow title agent.

If you are a buyer, I will prepare up to 3 offers until you are under contract on one transaction. This service also includes any needed e-sign service for addendums as well as emails and phone calls that we need to make to manage this transaction. There is no in person service or visit. You must have access to email and be able to e-sign a contract. We do not attend closings or inspections. There is no other fee or commission involved with this service. This is a limited transactional service to handle your paperwork and you will be required to sign our limited service agreement to give us permission to manage your transaction.

This service does not include any professional advice on negotiations. It is only for the preparation of real estate paperwork and guide you through the transaction.

If your transaction is time sensitive, please call us first prior to ordering to ensure that we are available to meet your time constraints. If you order this service on a Friday or weekend, we may not be able to get back to you until Monday.
