To order Plan C, Full Listing Brokerage services, please contact us to make a listing appointment. We serve northern Sarasota County and most of Manatee County for full services that require a face to face appointment. This includes Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Palmetto, Parrish & Terra Ceia. We do not accept in person full service listings on Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Long Boat Key or Cortez due to high traffic congestions and we cannot efficiently serve those areas.
