Open House Hosting Service 1st Hr

This service is for busy agents or for sale by owner customers who need a reputable agent to host an open house on their listing OR for a FSBO seller to hire an agent to host an open house. This service is for the first hour only. After that it's $25/hr. 2 hr min, but no longer than 3 hrs. Please add the additional hrs to your shopping cart.  Our fee includes the cost of travel, yard signs and our professional time. No "tips" required as with other similar service providers since this is a flat fee service.

Areas covered include Palmetto, Ellenton, Parrish & parts of Bradenton & Sarasota.

We use non branded directional signs and will have some mls flyers prepared.  Listing agent or seller must notify us if signs are not permitted in any hoa community. Listing agent should turn on the free open house feature on realtor.com to help.  Hosting agent is an educated, experienced licensed professional. We will contact you with feedback after the open house to share turnout details.

Hosting agent will have the opportunity to assist any unrepresented buyers.
