Galleon Resort Rental Agreement

This service is for the preparation of a PDF rental agreement between you and your guest. It includes digital signatures for you and your guest to sign so that you will have a ratified agreement. You must email us your name address, phone # and email along with the same details for your guest. Tell us your terms: price, week, unit #...etc. We will email you a pdf proof to review prior to setting up the digital signatures. This service also includes the preparation of the one page guest confirmation for you to email later to the Galleon once your guest has paid you. YOU MUST ALSO EMAIL US PROOF OF OWNERSHIP such as your property tax bill or maintenance bill in order for us to process your rental agreement. This is to assure that you are a legitimate owner and not scamming potential guests.
