Galleon Resort Listing Service

This service is only for the Galleon Resort buildings in Key West.

It includes inputting your unit details into the FL state wide mls and getting national exposure in major real estate websites including homes.com, realtor.com, zillow & more! We charge a small initial non refundable flat fee of $99 to handle and maintain the mls listing with accurate updated details and photos. Unlimited changes to your listing are included for the 12 month term. This fee covers our time to initiate and keep your listing active through our FL license. You can cancel at any time after 30 days but the $99 portion is not refundable.

During the active listing period, we handle all inquiries and will present all offers to you. If a buyer is found, we handle the negotiations with you and the buyer, the sales contracts, e-signatures and also coordinate with the title company of the buyer's choice (or yours depending on who is paying for closing). We charge 10% commission of the contract price for this service to be paid through title and only when you get paid at closing. Since this is a mls listing, part of the 10% might be shared with a buyer's agent if one is involved.

All of this work is done by a FL licensed broker and also a Galleon owner who is familiar with the buildings for over 14 yrs! You are in good hands with a knowledgeable expert!

To get started you can give us a call to discuss all terms. YOU MUST ALSO EMAIL US PROOF OF OWNERSHIP such as your property tax bill or maintenance bill and also a copy of your deed in order for us to process your listing agreement. This is to assure that you are a legitimate owner and not scamming potential guests.
