For Manatee or Sarasota county only. The Bluetooth electronic lockbox is the industry standard and can only be accessed by licensed professionals or buyer's agents who have access to the Supra eKey app.

You must have a signed limited broker agreement in place with us prior to renting the lockbox, either package A or B. Requires in person installation and removal by broker. Rental fee includes the trip charge for installation & removal. Rental is good for the term of the listing service but no longer than 12 months.
